My name is Jeremy Baker. I am a father, radio presenter, dungeon master, and soccer coach. Grew up in the suburbs of Vancouver.

My first ever hockey sweater was a Calgary Flames jersey. I have family living in Edmonton and Wetaskiwin (where used cars cost less!). Lived a lot of years in Victoria, and briefly in Halifax.

Nature walks are good for you, but can a city stroll be just as good?

With every step on the trail, fallen leaves crinkle underfoot. The path follows a stream, rushing and burbling over smooth, gray stones, while a breeze rustles the branches overhead.
