Bif Naked Spreads Kindness Through Hospice Work and Everyday Connections

Bif Naked is exactly the punk rock sweetheart that you think she is.

Here, she catches up with host Drex to talk about everything: from the early days of her career to how she spends her time today.
She says that, in some ways, the music industry is easier for young artists now. With the click of a button, they can share their music with a global audience. However, when she compares it to her early career days, the real-life experiences are simply unmatched.

“I feel very fortunate to have to have been able to have had those experiences, those early experiences with The Edge and early experiences with Much Music.”

In a way, she straddles two different eras of music herself – the internet is opening up the world to her older music and sharing it with new fans.

“That’s something that’s WILD when you think about it, you know?” she says. “And I think that that’s fantastic.”

Bif reveals that she has plenty of music in the vault, ready to come out in 2026 for fans new and old, along with a tour planned. In the meantime, she’s spending her time volunteering at hospitals and in hospice care, work that is very important to her.

“I just love it,” she says. “I’ll always do it.”

Proof that a punk rock heart never ages, it just gets louder. And in her case, sweeter too.
