Back in 2018, YUNGBLUD visited Sugar Beach to perform a live set of songs that included I Love You, Will You Marry Me, Polygraph Eyes, and a cover of the song My Generation. This was at a point in his career that some say was pivotal: he had just released his self-titled debut album, was touring at major festivals, and had begun speaking out about social issues like mental health and youth empowerment. He was slowly elevating into superstardom.
Today, with multiple blessings from rock and roll idols who came before him (Ozzy Osbourne, Mick Jagger, Steven Tyler) he is gearing up for a strong 2026, with his new album and a world tour ahead of him, aptly called Idols.
A long way from where he started, with a lot to look forward to.
