I’ve seen the title of this Underworld song written a bunch of different ways: “Born Slippy Nuxx,” “Born Slippy (NUXX),” “Born Slippy .NUXX,” and a few others. Whatever your preference, this was a monster rave song that was amplified by its inclusion on the Trainspotting soundtrack. Vocalist Karl Hyde’s parts were all done in one take. And this is NOT a pro-drinking song. In fact, it’s about how an alcoholic sees the world in a distorted view.
